Job Description:

As a Manager on the Analysis & Insights team, you’ll serve as the senior contact for key clients, leading project teams to deliver high-impact digital intelligence solutions. You’ll build strong client relationships, mentor consultants, and drive growth across Cardinal Path’s service offerings. This role reports to the Senior Director, Analysis & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
  • Lead successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, pitches, and proposal development.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with client business goals.
  • Manage client communications, expectations, and satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve scope or budget issues proactively.
Practice Development & Mentorship
  • Mentor team members across levels on analytics, communication, and career development.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and long-term planning.
  •  Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Thought Leadership
  • Author blog posts and contribute to thought leadership assets such as white papers, webinars, etc.
  • Assist marketing with the preparation of client case studies.
  • Present at conferences, webinars, and other events.
  • Conduct training (both of client teams and internal staff).
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in digital analytics/marketing, preferably in agency or consultancy.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Piano Analytics
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Experience in strategic measurement planning, data collection methodologies 
  • Experience with advanced methodologies: clickstream, testing, personalization, mobile, surveys, etc.
  • Familiarity with data tools (R, SPSS, BigQuery, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excel expert; comfortable with tag management platforms.
  • Google/Adobe Analytics certifications preferred.

  • Passion for digital marketing and data-driven strategy.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
