We have an opening for a Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team to fill the role of product expert on all Copperleaf solution offerings. You will play a key role in the sales process, uncovering our clients’ pain points and creatively determining how to solve them with Copperleaf software.

Region & Language:

Your role will be based between your home, the Copperleaf office (if in Vancouver), and clients across North America. You can expect to be on the road around 20-30% of the time visiting clients. Your schedule and home location are flexible – balance your time to suit you!

Responsibilities:

  • Product Sales and Demonstrations
    • Sales Meetings:
      • Presenting our products (slides, demonstrations) at Sales Meetings
      • Developing presentation materials
    • Demo Management:
      • Working with product teams to manage demo content, demo environments, demo scripts, and other technical requirements
    • Working with an Account Executive to identify and manage prospects, including sales strategy to reach a closed sale 
    • Build trusting relationships with Copperleaf prospects and partners
    • Attending conferences/trade shows and working in Copperleaf’s booth to interact with prospects and provide ad hoc demonstrations
  • Solutioning 
    • Designing solutions and enterprise data flows for prospective clients
    • Designing process improvements and helping prospects visualize how Copperleaf solutions would fit within their enterprise
    • Providing input towards product advancements to meet emerging and competitive requirements in the marketplace
  • Technical Expertise
    • Scoping projects, writing sales proposals and responding to RFXs
    • Configuring software for custom demonstrations
  • Culture
    • Contributing to internal team and process improvements
    • Participating in Copperleaf Culture initiatives (https://www.copperleaf.com/company/people-culture/)

  • You can think on the fly, dynamically navigating from problem to solution on your feet and in the same breath

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a software pre-sales role or experience in software implementation to large enterprise is an asset, but not required
  • Additional language proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset, but not required

Compensation:

The typical hiring range for this position is from $85,000 to $155,000 CAD annually. The salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on skills, experience, and internal equity.
